This repair shows an 11" Front Suspension Rod from a CAT 785 haul truck. This rod arrived at our facility with a worn and flaking HVOF coating. To repair this issue comprehensively, our skilled technicians performed a total re-weld using submerged arc welding techniques. Additionally, we added a chrome layer to enhance its performance and longevity. This is the most cost-effective repair available for this rod.
