About High Tech Chrome Plating
We won't bore you about when we started the business or bought our building, but we will give you an overview of the things that make High Tech a chrome plating specialist and what this means to you, our customer.
Large Part Capability our tanks run as large as 20" in diameter by 29' long. This means that
we can handle virtually any heavy equipment repair or hydraulic cylinder plating job you give us.
Quality Processes all of our parts are hung vertically in temperature controlled tanks.
Our chrome plating baths are all within 1-degree temperature range from the top to the bottom of the tank.
This ensures an even thickness of hard chrome across the entire component.
Quality Chemistries we use only the crystal form of chromium trioxide, which is more adherent then the flake form. This also provides a harder more adherent surface and resists chipping and wearing much better.
In-House Capabilities our ability to manufacture our own conforming anodes in-house means
we never have to add two weeks to your delivery time for sub-contracting. Having in-house OD and ID
grinders means we never lose sight of your part.
Delivery our in-house capabilities mentioned above, plus our two-shift operation and our
company-wide dedication to our customer, means you will get your part on time.
Environmental Compliance you don't have to worry about us being shut down by the EPA
halfway through your chrome plating job. We conform to the highest pollution control measures required by law.
Regional Focus, National Reach our western Kentucky facility makes us centrally located in the industrial heart of our country to serve Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Tennessee. Our quality and capabilities make it well worth the extra miles for the rest of the United States.
